Welcome to our FAQ & Policies page! Here you'll find everything you need to know about booking, services, cancellations, and what to expect from your mobile beauty booth experience. We’re all about making beauty convenient, professional, and stress-free—so take a look below, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything else!

What do you bring?

We bring a makeup trunk with light and mirror, brushes, and a variety of makeup products.

How many artists come with a booking?

One artist is included with each booking, however an additional artist can be booked upon request for an extra fee.

How far do you travel?

We are able to travel anywhere for your event.
A mileage fee will be charged as follows:  $2 per km (Subject to change)

Are you able to do full face

makeovers ?


Unfortunately as of now we are only offering touch up/ mini makeover services with our Beauty Booth.  Touch ups are running on first come first serve basis within the booked time period. If you are looking to book a makeup appointment please send us an inquiry. 

The Fine Print

Liability

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported prior to application. The Client agrees to release the Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Method of Cancellation
/Rescheduling

In the event of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Luy Artistry requires a notification in writing 30 days prior to the original event date. If canceltation happens after the 30 day deadline the Client is responsible to pay the full amount. This is the only method of cancellation I will accept. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation.

Client Responsibilities

It is the Clients responsibility to provide a safe and adequate working environment for the Artist.

The location must include:

-Lots of natural or lamp lighting

-Enough space

-Outlets

-Table for makeup and brushes

-Enough chairs

-Insurance

-Maintaining clear communication

Payments

A retainer fee of half of the collection amount is due at the time of booking; this payment is non- refundable and must be paid in order to secure your event day. Last half needs to be paid a week before the event day, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments can be made with cash or e-transfer.

Travel

A mileage fee will be charged as follows:  $2 per km (Subject to change)

Media Use

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional use and advertising purposes online and printed material. Full credit will be given to any professional photos and videos taken by photographers and videographers
